Enriching our community’s tomorrow by investing in our youth today.
Talk. Count. Read. Sing.
You teach your child everything!
School readiness starts at birth!
Preparing your child or grandchild
for The Gloversville Enlarged School District’s outstanding Pre-K program is simpler than you might think. Just talk, count, read, and sing every day to help build the vocabulary and pre-math skills they'll need to thrive.
It might seem surprising, but even before they can communicate, interacting with your baby is crucial. Did you know that from birth to age three, young brains can form a million new neural connections every second? For more easy tips, check out the Caregiver Resources tab and watch our short four-minute videos to get started. Set your child on the path to success today!
The Gloversville Educational Foundation will support the educational, social, and personal development of our youth to help ensure that every child possesses the skills, knowledge, character, and fortitude to be a contributing member of our community. The Foundation is committed to providing ongoing support for our learners, equipping them with the skills and confidence needed to thrive throughout their educational journey in Gloversville and beyond.

To help ensure lifetime success for the residents of our school community, the Gloversville Education Foundation will collaborate with stakeholders to foster childhood development and school and workforce readiness. The Foundation will work to ensure all children are provided the opportunities, resources, and support to excel as they enter pre-kindergarten and kindergarten, progress through their formal education (including college, trade schools, the military), and are workforce-ready upon completion.
